Insomnia is said to occur when you regularly experience one or more of the following:
- Struggle to get to sleep at night
- Wake regularly during the night and struggle to get back to sleep.
- Wake up too early in the morning and be unable to get back to sleep.
- Struggle to nap during the day, regardless of how tired you feel.
- Feel lethargic and tired in the mornings.
- Struggle to concentrate during the day and feel irritable and sluggish.
